Message	I've been buying parts from Z1 since I was a kid and EVERY single time I ordered something, it showed up quickly and correctly, and all the parts are still completely functional even today 6 years later BUT It seems everytime I would interact non-order related be it E-mail or phone call I'd say 1 out of possibly 10 times I was able to get a hold of a representative.
